Ceramics Workshop

“Finding a face” workshop, led by local artist Sam Wellington, explores the natural lines and textures in your ball of air-drying clay to shape a small but characterful face.

Together we will develop an understanding of the forms that make up our features and by the end of our time together we will have a crowd of small quirky faces (that you may want to keep and display in pride of place) and which will raise a smile!

This is a fun, quick and spontaneous way to get your hands dirty, explore how clay responds to your touch whilst making an expressive character.
